Quartz holds a lattice regular enough to be cut into an oscillator. A watch keeps time because a quartz crystal holds one steady pulse, and a radio finds a station the same way. The stone amplifies and synchronizes, it does not transmute on its own. That is the function of this pillar. What comes out of it is made of the agreement between its members, never of one practice working alone.

The Directory

Five Disciplines, One Circle

The Collective gathers Masters we have worked beside and would build with again, across architecture, interior design, landscape, art and wellness. Each enters by invitation from Jesús Pacheco and is held to the measure of the Tria Prima.

The stone in each mark comes from a mineral palette curated with the collective's mineralogist.

Incubator & Ayni Fund

Five Percent, Returned

A minimum of five percent of the Studio's net profit is committed to reciprocity. The Ayni Fund holds it, and from 2029 the Creators Incubator is one of the things it pays for.

Planned

The Creators Incubator

An acceleration program for creators already inside the network. The roadmap places it in 2029, the third year, once Academy, the digital magazine and the curated marketplace have been running. It is not open and there is no waitlist.

The Ayni Fund

Ayni is the Andean word for reciprocity, the duty to give back what you were given. The fund takes five percent of the Studio's net profit, and the same share of what the certification work earns.

Iron Limit 3

That five percent is not discretionary. It is the third of the seven Iron Limits, the rules the ecosystem writes down so it cannot argue with them later, and the same money funds land and water conservation and academic scholarships.
